Design & Construction Management

The design and build package is for clients who want a fully managed service.  You might not have the time to oversee the construction phase of the project or you may want me to be involved from start to finish so that you can be certain the garden is built exactly as it was envisaged.

Once we’ve worked together to develop the design and I have produced a full set of working drawings, the project will be put out to tender with 2-3 landscapers.  I will manage this process and work closely with you to ensure that we have the best team for the job.

Once we have appointed a landscaper and the build has commenced I will oversee the project through to completion, making visits to site when appropriate so that we can be sure that the finished garden is as we envisgaed it would be.  I like to be closely involved with the planting phase of any project so I will source and arrange delivery of the plants as well as be on site when the planting is carried out.
